Maidn E2E Secret

Canonical runtime fixture for Maidn secret-delivery verification.

Protected-main changes exercise a cluster-owned staging gate that verifies the deployed repository, immutable tag, Deployment availability, and HTTPRoute acceptance through cluster-local Kubernetes status; public exposure is operated separately.
